Schedule:
Please arrive 15 minutes prior to the start of your first scheduled appointment.
Steam Room:
Available to clients receiving any facial, body treatment or package.
Cancellations:
Since we are reserving this time especially for you, 24-hour notice is required for all appointment cancellations. A credit card or gift certificate is needed to reserve a spa package appointment or more than three appointments.
Tips for a pleasant trip
What to bring? What to wear?
Wear whatever you like. Come straight from work or come in your comfies - it’s up to you. We will provide a robe, slippers and a locker for your belongings for more than one service.
When won't I change into a robe and slippers?
If you're getting one service, for example, a facial, then we'll have you change in the room. There is no need to change for nail services.
Getting a pedicure?
Bring a pair of sandals. Toes take longer to dry than fingers.
What do I wear under my robe?
Whatever you wish. It's best to remove your undergarments to protect them from getting oiled. Remember, your technician is a professional and will keep you draped in the appropriate areas.
Jewelry:
Lock your jewelry (rings, watches, diamond earrings, etc.) in the locker. It will be secure. Don't slip it into your robe pocket -- it's too easy to forget!
I forgot to book waxing. Can I get it done during my facial?
You never know until you ask. Once you get into the room with your esthetician, let her know your needs. If she has time, she will absolutely accommodate you.
Steam Room
The steam room is available at no extra charge to clients receiving any facial, body treatment or package. If you're getting a single service (like a massage only), let the front desk know you want to use the steam and we'll have you change.
Should I tip? What's normal?
Leaving gratuities for work well done seems to be the norm, but of course, is optional. Most tips range from 15%-20% of the price of the service provided.
Cell Phones, Pagers and Laptops…
Are not permitted in our relaxation lounge. Please leave them in your vehicle or in your locker.
